10/19/11 – Mr. Sin Chan Saya, director of the Department of Cinema in Phnom Penh, states his support for the FREEDOM DEAL effort.  The movie, with updated working title, ‘FREEDOM DEAL: the Story of Samnang’, is the first ever depiction of the 1970 Vietnam-US war taking place inside Cambodia which is told from the point of view of the Cambodian people.
